Do I need a Membership with MyGreen.store before I can order?
Yes, a membership is needed to have access to purchasing any of our products. We verify that all members are 19+ and in need of Medical Marijuana.
What forms of payment does MyGreen.store accept?
MyGreen.store accepts INTERAC eTransfers as our only form of payment with any Canadian Bank. After you place your online order, instructions will be provided via email upon check out.

Once we receive your order, you will receive confirmation in the email you used to create your account. The e-transfer instructions will be included in your Order Confirmation email, please read carefully to avoid delays processing your order.
What packaging does MyGreen.store use?
Your online order will be heat-sealed in re-sealable smell proof bags which will eliminate all potential odour.
MyGreen.store ensures all orders will then be packaged using generic, discrete envelopes or boxes with no MMJ visibility anywhere on the outside packaging.
How do I place an order?
First you will need to register as a member. Once you have completed the registration you may browse our products and select the items simply by clicking “Add To Cart” or clicking on the product photo for details on the item you would like to purchase. When you are ready to pay, go to your “Cart” and select “Proceed to Checkout”. Ensure your Billing Address & Shipping Address are correct. Select your preferred delivery options and “Place Your Order”. An email with instructions will be sent to the email address you registered with to complete the “Payment”.
When and how will my purchase ship?
MyGreen.store uses Canada Post Xpresspost for all online orders and we only ship within Canada.
Orders will ship the same day if your eTransfer payment is received before 9am (PST) or the following day if it’s received after 9am (PST). All of the products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the eTransfer payment (except on weekends).
How do I know when my order has shipped?
If your order payment was received before 9 am (PST) daily, your order will be processed and delivered to Canada Post for shipment the same day. Tracking numbers are sent to Members via email. If you place an order after 9 am (PST) daily, that order is shipped the following business day. If you submit your order before 9 am (PST) and your payment arrives after 9 am (PST), the order will still go out the following business day.
Please note: It can take a few hours for us to receive the eTransfer, please be patient as it is out of our control how long it takes for us to receive the transfers. Your order will be pending until we confirm your payment has been received.
How do I know when my package will arrive?
At MyGreen.store we know you’re excited for your package to arrive (believe us, we’re excited for you!). By providing Canada Post “Xpresspost” tracking numbers with every order you know exactly where your package is in transit, and most importantly, when it’s scheduled to arrive. (Please allow 2-4 business days to receive your package as delivery time may vary depending on location in Canada).
How can I earn free shipping?
FREE SHIPPING is awarded to orders over $200!
What are your Shipping Rates?
All orders less than $200 receive a standard shipping rate of $15, Canada wide. Orders totalling more than $200 receive FREE SHIPPING!
Canada Post “Signature Required” option (recommended) available for an additional $2.00. (See below for more information on delivery options.)
How will I track my package?
All orders will be shipped Xpresspost and you will be provided with a tracking number. The package should be received within 2-4 business days (delivery time may vary depending on location in Canada).

MyGreen.store recommends choosing the “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” option so that someone must sign to receive the package. If you choose the “NO SIGNATURE” option Canada Post cannot open an investigation if your package is lost and we are unable to replace your order free of charge.
Please note: Once your order leaves MyGreen.store with Canada Post we have no control over your package. We will do our best to ensure that your package arrives on time, but in the event that your order does not, please contact us at shipping@MyGreen.store and we will open an investigation with Canada Post.
Canada Post didn’t deliver my package will MyGreen.store replace it?
In the highly unlikely situation that Canada Post loses your package MyGreen.store will offer a replacement free of charge if the original order is unrecoverable by Canada Post. (Only available if you have chosen the “Signature Required” delivery option.)
